The application and development of biotechnology have opened up broad prospects for the development of medical, pharmaceutical, food, agriculture, forestry, husbandry and fishery, environmental protection, garden and other industries.
Biotechnology helps cure the world by using nature's toolbox and our own genetic make-up. Biotechnology uses biological processes, such as fermentation and the use of biological catalysts, enzymes, yeast and other microbes to create micro-manufacturing plants. 2. Clinical research
Clinical research is primarily concerned with work in biotechnology. You can become a clinical research manager, biostatistician, clinical data manager or assistant, regulatory affairs manager or medical affairs director. Clinical research analysts are primarily engaged in medical research to measure the effectiveness of drugs, medical devices or the human body. Clinical research analysts often work in hospitals, medical institutions or laboratories to assess possible adverse effects.
